I can't sign in or verify my email

The verification email isn't arriving, or the password doesn't work.

1. Verification emails can take a few minutes and often land in spam — check there first.
2. Use the "Resend verification email" button on the verify page; each new link invalidates older ones.
3. Forgot your password? Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page — a reset link will be emailed.
4. Corporate or college email servers often filter verification mail. A personal Gmail address is the most reliable.
5. If you used the wrong email when signing up, simply create a new account with the correct address.
