A download link doesn't work or has expired

The link from the email shows an error or expired page.

Email links are valid for 7 days. After that, get a fresh set of links from My account → Purchases & deliveries.
Open links in your regular browser, not inside WhatsApp or another app preview.
If the file downloads but won't open, install a PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Google PDF viewer) and try again.
On mobile, use "Save to files" first, then open the PDF from your Files or Drive app.
