My guides haven't arrived by email

You paid, but the delivery email isn't in your inbox.

1. Delivery is instant, but email can take 2–5 minutes to arrive — give it five minutes.
2. Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder. Mark the message "Not spam" if you find it there.
3. Confirm you used the same email you verified when signing in — the account email is the delivery email.
4. Open My account → Purchases & deliveries. Every paid order has a "Resend delivery email" button that sends a fresh email in seconds.
5. Download links are also always available on your account page, even if email fails.
